The Eggfast franchise was founded in 2009, by Peter and Jon
Nowak, as a breakfast only, quick service restaurant. The
franchise follows a 24/7 format and offers consumers dine-in,
catering, delivery and drive-thru options. The Nowak brothers
had previously operated Cafe Corner in Columbus, Ohio. Eggfast
initially was named "Late Night Eggs" and "Eggs Breakfast
Delivery" but re-branded to Eggfast. The primary focus of the
franchise is to aggressively expand into college campuses across
the country.

Training
The 12 day training program is comprised of
60 hours of classroom training and 57 hours of on the job
training. We use manuals, workbooks, and other training aids
during the training program.
